I have made my reservation, how can I get my ticket?

Right after your reservation, a confirmation mail is sent to you and we provide you a Ticket No and Pin Code here. You should print this page. If you do not have a printer to do this action, do not worry. You can just keep your Ticket No with you and come here and we can contact you. We can provide your ticket and also give you detailed information about the tour.

How can I learn the time that you will pick me up from where I stay?

We transfer all of our customers for free from where they stay. Your picking up time is written on the confirmation mails that we have sent you. When the tour ends, we deliver you to where we picked you up. You do not need to pay an extra fee for this.

Should I approve my reservation again after I move to the hotel?

No. You do not need this. You should be ready at the hotel lobby when your pickup time has come. There is no additional call or approvation needed.

Can I approve again via phone?

It is completely up to you. You can call us 7/24 and get information about your tour again and again. It is our pleasure to help you as much as we can.
